Always a lover of creative design, Rajesh began drafting his own projects, and segued into home design using the basic tools he had acquired in high school art classes. He envisioned a company where clients could come to address all aspects of home purchase, sale, construction and design.

He slowly built on a business model that was client-focused, incorporating green building techniques, fresh designs and forward-thinking IT innovations. Out of this was born the various divisions of Property Colours Companies: PC Construction, PC Consulting, and PC Real Estate. Rajesh credits his exceedingly supportive business partner who helps him to realize his dream of building a company that lives up to its name in being Construction, Real Estate, Consulting and Green.
